Wilwif takes your privacy very seriously and takes extra steps to ensure that information is kept private and safe. We take numerous steps to ensure the safety of our data and information but we cannot guarantee the safety of such data or information. We reserve the right to update or change the privacy policy and will immediately post it to our website as well as attempt to notify users either through the App or the email provided during registration within 30 days. Your continued use of Wilwif services will be understood as your agreement to any change to these policies.

Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. Wilwif does not warrant that the service will be free of any defects, malfunctions, viruses, bugs or any other errors.

Information and Data Collected
We will only collect information in order to provide the best possible user experience for you. The information we collect is used to improve our IDs including but not limited to our stickers, tags and other devices with Wilwif services. Certain personal data is collected either by through Wilwif or third-party partners including data usage, personal information and cookies. If connecting via a social network (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.) you are allowing us to collect personal information that is already public. In addition, by connecting through your mobile device, we may also collect data available to us from the mobile service.

We may also use cookies to monitor usage on our site, conduct research and diagnostics to improve the content we provide you, our products and services, and to help us analyze general web traffic.
The cookies we use expire after they have fulfilled their purpose. Some cookies expire when you close your browser (i.e., session cookies) or after a set period of time (i.e., persistent cookies). The expiration time of cookies that are placed by third parties (explained below) is determined by the third party.

We may use and disclose your personal information in order to improve, promote, improve the quality of our products and services. We also may use personal information including location services and number of registered items in order to create statistical and aggregated data and information where individual user profiles are anonymous. We may also share your data with advertisers and other third party service providers in an anonymous manner. We may also disclose your information to law enforcement or other governmental organizations in our discretion to comply with applicable laws or to protect the safety of a user.

We may store and maintain your information on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you’re located outside the United States and choose to provide your Personal Information to us, we may transfer your Personal Information to the United States or another location for processing.

Communication
Wilwif allows users to communicate with other users in a direct or anonymous manner through the App, message or email. We are not responsible for any inappropriate content or contact that is used through our App. We make every effort to ensure that our users are complying with our strict age policy.

Under-aged Users
We strictly prohibit the use of Wilwif and its services for any user under the age of 13 years. Any user over the age of 13 but younger than 16, we require parental approval. In the event that we have inadvertently collect information or register a user that does not comply with our policy, we will make every attempt to delete all information pertaining to this user(s) as soon as practicable.

Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wilwif, Inc., and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Wilwif, Inc.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
By using Wilwif and it’s services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wilwif Inc and its employees, directors, officers, contractors, license holders and all affiliates from any loss, claims, damages, liabilities, debts, expenses resulting from your use intentionally or unintentionally. We are not responsible for any content or errors from third party sources.

Deleting and Termination of Account
Users may request for us to delete your personal and account information by sending us an email to support@wilwif.com. We will make every effort to promptly comply with your request within 10 business days. Some information may remain in our backup servers and archives or as required by local, state or federal laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Florida, U.S. These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
